Refunds and Returns

Research-use products
Peptides sold here are for controlled research use. For safety and regulatory reasons, many sales are final once packaging is opened, seals are broken, cold-chain integrity is uncertain, or products have left our controlled handling—except where a return or refund is required by applicable law or we agree otherwise in writing. For example, we generally cannot accept returns of opened vials or items that have thawed or warmed beyond labeled storage limits in transit if you discard packaging before we can assess a claim.
Order errors and defects
If we shipped the wrong catalog item, the quantity is incorrect, or the product arrives materially damaged, contact us promptly, and in any event within 7 calendar days of delivery (or within the timeframe stated in your order confirmation if it specifies a different window). Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, photographs of the outer box, inner packaging, labels, and product condition, and lot or COA identifiers if visible. Do not discard packaging until we confirm. We may require return of unused product where return is safe and lawful; we will provide instructions.
Return shipping costs
If we confirm we made an error or the product is defective, we will generally provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping as we specify. If you ordered the wrong SKU by mistake or no defect is found after inspection, return shipping and any restocking fee stated at the time of approval are typically your responsibility.

Use our Contact page with your order number, details, and images. For fastest handling, use the same email as your account when possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method when possible. Banks and card issuers often post credits within approximately 5–10 business days after we submit the refund; timing can vary. Original shipping charges are usually non-refundable unless we determine we erred or a stated policy exception applies.
Cancellations
Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancellable on request. Once a carrier has possession of the shipment, cancellation is treated as a return subject to this policy and any restocking rules we communicate.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or replacement. Chargebacks opened without a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue with us may affect your ability to place future orders.
