Shipping Policy

Scope

This policy describes how ABSIM ships research peptides and related products sold through this website. Available destinations, carriers, service levels, and rates are shown at checkout and may change based on inventory, regulations, or carrier availability.

Processing time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing means warehouse release and handoff to the carrier; it is not the same as transit time. Orders may take longer during peak periods, severe weather, payment review, address verification, or compliance checks. You will receive email updates when your order ships, where configured in your account.

Carriers and delivery

We ship through third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS (or comparable regional carriers for some destinations). The specific carrier and service level available to you—ground, expedited, overnight where offered—depends on your shipping address and the options presented at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed, unless a money-back guarantee is expressly stated by the carrier and applies to your shipment. Tracking, when provided by the carrier, appears in My account. Risk of loss and title pass as described in our Terms & Conditions and the carrier’s terms.

Cold chain and special handling

Some peptides ship with insulated packaging and cold packs or gel packs where appropriate for stability in transit. Products remain for research use only as described in our Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for retrieving shipments promptly—especially in extreme heat or cold—and for storing materials per supplier guidance once delivered. We are not responsible for degradation caused by failed delivery attempts, porch theft, or prolonged exposure after the carrier marks the package delivered.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges, any free-shipping thresholds, insurance options, and expedited upgrades are calculated at checkout from your address, weight, dimensions, and selected service. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply for international shipments as shown at checkout or assessed on delivery.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for complete and accurate shipping and contact information. If a shipment is returned or rerouted because of an incorrect address you provided, additional carrier fees, return shipping, or reshipment charges may apply.

International shipping

Where we offer international delivery, you are the importer of record unless otherwise stated at checkout. You are responsible for import permits where required, customs clearance, and compliance with local laws governing research materials. We may cancel orders we cannot lawfully ship to a destination.

Restrictions

Some products or destinations may be restricted by law, export controls, or carrier rules. Research materials must be used only as permitted under our Terms & Conditions.

Damaged or lost shipments

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time (or within 48 hours of receipt for damage) through our Contact page or the process on Refunds and Returns. Retain all packaging, labels, and cold packs until we advise otherwise; we may request photos and lot information for carrier claims.
