Operator and agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to this website and your purchase of products from ABSIM (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any checkout terms, shipping selections, and policies linked at purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an order.

Eligibility

You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you are authorized to purchase research peptides for lawful laboratory or research use. You may not use the site where doing so is prohibited by law.

Research use only

Products are sold strictly for research and development—for example in vitro or other qualified laboratory work—not for human or veterinary consumption, administration to humans or animals, cosmetics, food, diagnostics, clinical treatment, or compounding for patients. Product listings and site content are not medical advice. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, export controls, and institutional requirements.

Prohibited uses

Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to use products for self-experimentation, resale for human or animal ingestion, manufacturing finished drug products for consumers, or any use that would violate law. We may refuse service or cancel orders if we reasonably believe a purchase is intended for a prohibited use.

Account

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the site or other users.

Orders and pricing

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and promotions may change. We may refuse or cancel orders for compliance reasons, inventory limits, account verification, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. Prices, taxes, duties, and fees shown at checkout are controlling for your order. If a price or description is obviously erroneous (for example a misplaced decimal), we may void the order and refund any payment received.

Payment

Payment is processed by third-party providers you select at checkout. You authorize us and those processors to charge your chosen payment method for the order total and any authorized adjustments (such as corrected shipping charges agreed with you). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; card data is handled by the payment processor under its terms.

Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping practices are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass as stated at checkout or as required by applicable law.

Returns and refunds

See Refunds and Returns. Research materials often have limited return rights once opened or after cold-chain exposure.

Intellectual property and site license

Site content—including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and product presentation—is owned by ABSIM or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal or internal business purposes related to purchasing research materials. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from site content except as allowed by law or with our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site—for example by attempting unauthorized access, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, interfering with service, harvesting data with bots or scrapers without permission, impersonating others, sharing account credentials with unrelated parties, or using the site to transmit malware or unlawful content.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided as is without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such disclaimers cannot apply.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order unless law requires otherwise.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify ABSIM and its affiliates, officers, and employees against third-party claims arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Disputes, governing law, and venue

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us through our Contact page so we can try to resolve the matter informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the site, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting updates on this page. Continued use of the site or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
