ARA-290, also known as Cibinetide, is a synthetic peptide derived from the stable B-helix region of erythropoietin (EPO). Unlike traditional erythropoietin compounds, ARA-290 is classified as non-erythropoietic, meaning it is being investigated for tissue-protective signaling pathways without significantly stimulating red blood cell production.

Mechanism of Action
